I know how easily sleep slips down your list of priorities. Just one more TV show, just one more scroll through Instagram, just one more… Holy crap it's after 11 p.m.! HOW?!
But sleep is a huge component in weight loss, muscle gain, and mental stamina—sleep is your body's only time to actually recover physically, mentally, and emotionally. You require the break and replenishment if you're going to show up better than the day before. I speak from experience: It's worth it.
That's why today's challenge to-do is all about the zzz's.
