So today your challenge is to try something you haven't done in years, or perhaps ever!

Racket sports, such as tennis, badminton and squash can burn over 250 calories in just 30 minutes of play. Why not encourage a friend to come along and book a court together for a rally?

Maybe you've got two left feet, but you've always wanted to give dancing a go? Have a look if your local gym has any classes running and see what you can do!
