Live on Instagram: Energising classes full of feel-good vibes and all for free

It's time to get out of your pyjamas and into your yoga pants for some mood-boosting fun. This weekend, Strong Women is back with six endorphin-fuelled classes to motivate you to move more – and most importantly, enjoy doing it. Join us from 9am over on Instagram to take part.

First up, Emma Obayuvana kicks off with a weight-free Strong Women Training Club class, before Keri Perkins takes you through a Jivamukti yoga flow. And to show you how food can uplift your mood, Tai Ibitoye joins us from 11am to talk feel-good food tips.

If today is looking more like a duvet day, then don't forget to join us tomorrow for more free sessions with DJ Krystal Roxx, Strong Women trainer Janine George and meditation expert Poonam Dhuffer.

Classes are free on Strong Women's Instagram from 9-11.30am today and tomorrow and will be available to watch back on IGtv.

Care International & Stylist are joining forces this International Women's Day

We can't march in person this year but that won't stop us coming together and demanding action and vital change. On Sunday 7 March, Stylist is joining Care International for their annual #March4Women online to celebrate and champion some amazing women's voices. At a time when women are bearing the brunt of both the Covid-19 and climate crises, #March4Women 2021 is focusing on tackling the absence of women in leadership roles and the need for equal voices.

Stay tuned for further event details and ticket information. Expect everything from panels on equality in leadership, to poetry and music.
