Breaking: Kevin McCarthy: GOP Reps ‘Concerned’ about Cheney’s ‘Ability To Carry Out’ Leadership Role

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R., Calif.) said some GOP congressmen are “concerned” about Representative Liz Cheney’s (R., Wyo.) ability to fulfill her leadership position, in comments to Fox News on Tuesday.

“There’s no concern about how she voted on impeachment. That decision has been made,” McCarthy said. “I have heard from members concerned about her ability to carry out the job as conference chair to carry out the message.”

As chairwoman of the House GOP conference, Cheney is the third-highest ranking Republican in the House.

“We all need to be working as one if we’re able to win the majority,” McCarthy added. “Remember, majorities are not given. They are earned. And that’s about the message about going forward, combating Joe Biden.”

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail .
