After a three-year investigation, the Manhattan District Attorney is expected to charge the Trump Organization today. The company's chief financial officer surrendered himself to authorities in New York this morning. Donald Rumsfeld, who served twice as U.S. secretary of defense and who was an architect of America's wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, died Tuesday at his home in Taos, N.M. He was 88. Comedian Bill Cosby was released from prison after the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Wednesday vacated the indecent assault conviction against him. Here are more details.  A Los Angeles Superior Court judge has signed an order denying Britney Spears' request to have her father removed from the financial aspects of her conservatorship. The decision not to offer tenure initially to Hannah-Jones inspired a bruising national debate over race, journalism and academic freedom. Telenovela pioneer Delia Fiallo died Tuesday at her home in Miami at age 96.
