Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine said Democrats "blew the timing" by holding up Biden's $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill. ➡️ Paid family leave was added back to the bill the morning after the election. The House could vote on it later this week.    Georgia prosecutors challenged the racial makeup of the jury hearing the murder trial of three white men charged in the slaying of Black jogger, Ahmaud Arbery. All but one of the 12 jurors are white. The judge said he had limited power to intervene, despite questions of race, and seated the jury anyway. The American Psychological Association has apologized for its complicity in perpetuating systemic racism. The organization released a long statement saying the field of psychology as a whole has, for decades, harmed people of color, and it had failed in its mission to better the lives of others.  Many parents are on the fence about whether to vaccinate their young children against COVID-19 and want to wait. But doctors are urgently calling on them to act immediately now that it's available. Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers reportedly has COVID-19. He’d told people earlier that he was “immunized,” but media reports say the NFL considers him “unvaccinated." Runners Jim Isenberg and Larry Trachtenberg planned to run the 50th version of the New York City Marathon after they ran the first one. But Isenberg suffered a devastating accident that changed his life.  These cakes aren't so tasty.
