Biden is expected to give a speech renewing his push to get Congress to protect voting rights. He'll urge the Senate to pass the Freedom to Vote Act and the John Lewis Voting Rights Advancement Act. Starting this Saturday, you'll be able to have certain at-home COVID tests covered by insurance. The move is part of the Biden administration's attempts to ramp-up access to easy-to-use, at-home tests at no cost. Americans don't seem to be confident in the unity of our nation. Several surveys show they believe the country is in the midst of a "cold" civil war, or that it's time for the U.S. to split. But if America has another civil war, it is more likely to be a war within the states than between them. A nasty standoff between Chicago school districts and teachers union is poised to end. Both sides have come to a deal to resume classes after a dispute over remote learning. The deal still needs the union's vote of approval.
