There's no real reason for the start of another year to be when we are all supposed to make big changes, and I often feel like it's cruel to make self-improvement season during the coldest, darkest days of the year. But motivation is fickle, and if you're feeling ready to level up how you take care of yourself in 2022, it's best to make the most of it. (I know I personally feel it every single year.)
