The month of August commemorates Women's Month, a special time when we honour and highlight positive contributions, milestones and events led by women in society and the world.
This issue of GLAMOUR aims to celebrate, empower and educate around a number of women-focused topics. From women who are breaking ground in business, to women tackling social issues such as gender-based violence (GBV) and inequality in the workforce, and creatives making big waves, our features are a must-read.
For this special edition we have two cover stars, illustrator, street artist and Forbes Africa 30Under30 Karabo Poppy Moletsane, and singer-songwriter Shekhinah.
Both women are super-talented and produce outstanding work in their chosen fields. But, most importantly, they have made it their mission to celebrate and honour women through their arts.
Inside this issue of GLAMOUR we also profile women on our radar such as Rosemary Zimu, the breakaway star of Savage Beauty, and many more. We also feature an interesting thought piece on relationships and dating in today's Instagram-perfect world.
And, as always, our beauty and fashion sections are filled with the season's latest trends, products and advice to level up your skincare routine.
Enjoy the issue and Happy Women's Month!

Legit question though. Is there anyone cooler than Karabo Poppy?

Shekhinah is suited in her own way and living life authentically
