Under the program, drugs can be pushed through to the market if drugmakers do follow-up studies to prove it really works. But the program has faced multiple issues, including price hikes and delayed studies.  Elizabeth Weller and her husband were ecstatic when they discovered she was pregnant. But when things went wrong, her wanted pregnancy was complicated by Texas' strict abortion laws, and the ensuing medical crisis became a "dystopian nightmare" of "physical, emotional and mental anguish." Pope Francis recently visited Canada and issued an apology for thousands of children who suffered and died at Catholic-run residential schools. His apology is historic, but for many activists it's not enough. The Q, a celebrity-backed, multilevel nightclub in New York was meant to be a gamechanger for the city's nightlife by being as inclusive and welcoming as possible. Instead, what ended up being built was far more controversial. A lawsuit by a former employee alleges one of the event producers used racist, transphobic and generally discriminatory language and took advantage of young gay men who came to the club.
