But this year, it's poised to come back, and the U.S. could have a much-feared "twindemic" on its hands.  We have some answers about the baby formula shortage. The FDA has released an internal review citing a lack of training and outdated information technology as two of 15 reasons behind the national shortage. The report didn't blame any specific individual or agency. The beer industry has been battered by the pandemic, and a carbon dioxide shortage is the latest blow to production. Prices for carbon dioxide spiked in August, and it could cause production cuts and price hikes. Just in time for Oktoberfest. 😢 Boeing will pay $200 million to settle SEC charges that the company misled investors and the public about the safety of the 737 Max after two plane crashes killed 346 people.
