Breaking: FBI Offers $25k Reward for Information about Attacks on Pro-Life Pregnancy Centers

The FBI is offering a $25,000 reward to sources who can provide information about the suspects responsible for a spate of attacks on pro-life pregnancy resource centers.

The bureau said in a news release it can investigate the crimes as potential acts of domestic violent extremism, Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act) violations, or violent crime matters, depending on the facts of each case.

“Today's announcement reflects the FBI's commitment to vigorously pursue investigations into crimes against pregnancy resource centers, faith-based organizations, and reproductive health clinics across the country,” FBI director Christopher Wray said in a statement

“We will continue to work closely with our national, state, and local law enforcement partners to hold responsible anyone who uses extremist views to justify their criminal actions,” the director added.

The attacks occurred between March 2022 and July 2022 in eight different states.

One of the pregnancy centers, CompassCare, said earlier this month it planned to hire private investigators to find the suspects who attacked its Buffalo, N.Y. location in June, claiming that the FBI is "slow-walking" its probe, which has not resulted in any arrests. The Buffalo medical office was firebombed and vandalized by pro-abortion extremists claiming to be affiliated with the group Jane's Revenge following the leak of the Supreme Court's reversal of Roe v. Wade.

The center has spent more than $100,000 in new security since the attack, Compass Care CEO Jim Harden told National Review.

When the FBI previously advertised a $25,000 reward for information that could lead to the arrests of the suspects, Compass Care called it "a ruse designed to feign interest in an investigation."

Other attacks took place in Colorado, Tennessee, California, North Carolina, Oregon, Wisconsin and  Washington.

Three pro-life centers were targeted in Oregon between May and July.

On May 8, a suspect threw several Molotov cocktails at the Oregon Right to Life building in Keizer. Police are also investigating an arson that occurred on June 10 at a pregnancy resource center in Gresham, where a suspect is believed to have thrown several Molotov cocktails through a kitchen window. The Mother and Child Education Center in Portland then suffered an arson attack and vandalism on July 6. The words, "IF ABORTION AINT SAFE NEITHER RU JR" and "JANES RVVGG" were spray painted on the front of the property.
