Here's what we're following today: First up Rick Bowmer/AP Flights across the U.S. have resumed after a failure of the Notice to Air Missions system, or NOTAM, caused airlines to cancel more than 1,300 flights, and delay nearly 10,000 more yesterday. Here's what we know about the outage so far.  Good news: inflation likely eased last month. Bad news: prices are still high, which means people have to work longer and harder just to maintain the same standard of living they're used to.  It's a good year to go outside and stare at the sky.
