I love fall. The air is slightly crisp, the leaves are turning gorgeous colors, and the almost unbearable summer heat and humidity (if you live in the south) has finally subsided. For me fall means outdoor hikes, football and plenty of fashion. Inside this issue you'll find plenty of inspiration to boost your wardrobe and your home. Brittany Noble Newcomb shares 7 style trends for fall 2022 and Lisa Mele interviews the designer Lara Kovacevich of the Australian brand Zhevago.

It's the time of year where we can still entertain outside and inside, see the beautiful new collaboration between JEFFREY ALAN MARKS with the fabric house Kravet. pg. 96. AIDA SAUL takes us on a journey of the nuances of design pg. 110 by Katelyn Rutt.

And style icon ASHLEY STARK KENNAR shares about transcending style on page 75.

Everything old is new again, The beloved PRIDWIN on Shelter Island recently underwent a multi-year transformation, supervised by Cape Resorts and its Vice President of Design Colleen Bashaw pg 118.

We have been busy this summer and throughly enjoyed every minute of it, page 112 begins just a peek into what we have been up to. We are also thrilled to mention Margaret Bastick Luce businesswomen, actress and model is part of the LUX team as the global managing editor. While she resides in Palm Beach County we share the same home town, Westport Ct.

I hope that where ever you are on the east coast or world you find yourself indulging in this issue. That's what we're here for!

Cheers!

Colleen
