Rest/Pause training isn't for beginners. But if you're reading this, I'm guess last week wasn't your first time hitting the iron. So let's get into it: Just as a refresher, here's how Rest/Pause training typically looks: 1. Choose a weight that's about 80-85% of your one-rep max. 2. Perform as many reps as you can until you reach or nearly reach muscle failure. 3.Take a very short rest period, usually 10-20 seconds. 4.Resume the set, performing as many additional reps as possible. 5.Repeat this process of short rests and additional reps until you're repped out. Rest/Pause lets you perform more total reps with a given weight than you could in a single continuous set. It kicks ass for increasing mechanical tension and metabolic stress, two key factors in muscle growth.
And if you REALLY want to get the most out of this advanced method, MesoFX will take your Rest/Pause to supersonic levels. Based on plant steroid used by Russian Olympic weightlifting teams from the 70s and 80s, MesoFX unoocks INSANE sternght gains. Meaning this: You can use Rest/Pause to use heavier weights, for more reps... ...for EXPLOSIVE gains that stack on FAST. You blow yourself away with the undages your hoisting. And anyone around you at the gym will be like:
