Today is the deadline to submit your art and compete for participation with up to 4 works at this April's ArtExpo art fair in New York.

The participation form will remain open through the weekend, until Sunday night at midnight.

​About the Show​
​Artexpo is a leading international art fair with thousands of visitors, collectors, professionals in four days full of events and opportunities to sell and network. Each year thousands of art industry insiders flock to Artexpo in search of the art and artists that will shape trends in galleries worldwide. Hosting more than 45,000 avid art enthusiasts annually, this is one of the largest international gatherings of qualified trade buyers—including gallery owners and managers, art dealers, interior designers, architects, corporate art buyers, and art and framing retailers.
For 44 years and counting, Artexpo New York has been changing the way people buy and sell art. This annual curated expo brings the biggest publishers, galleries, and collectors face to face with hundreds of established and emerging artists. The show is organized by Redwood Media Group.

About the Contest
​Contest Participation Fee: 20€ per image entry
​The participation form will remain open through the weekend, until Sunday night at midnight.

Through this contest, one artist will be selected for the 1st Place Award which includes:

✓ 1, 2,3 or 4 works exhibited at the show for free
✓ 200€ cash for shipping costs
✓ Representation of your works at the art fair
✓ Insurance when the works are at the venue, for the duration of the show
✓ Packing and Unpacking of Art
✓ Hanging and Installation
✓ Quality Exhibition Lighting
✓ Wall Tags (Title, Size, Medium, Price)
✓ Display table for Business cards, books and flyers
✓ Unlimited Guest passes
✓ Free storage of your artworks at our California office (convenient for artists outside the USA)
✓ Listing in our show catalog and promotional email campaigns for the show​

​50 more artists will be selected as Contest Finalists to receive a Certificate as well as 20% discount off the normal booth prices for physically exhibiting at the show.​

​Image Size: Please note that all your submitted images together cannot be over 25MB.

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all.
