| What's up internet basketball junkie? Quick follow-up on the "Rolex" action video because a lot of coaches have been digging into it this week. The idea is simple: A ball screen flowing into a baseline exit screen with lift/replace movement behind it. But the impact is where it gets interesting. 🏀 The exit screen occupies the low man You're not beating the defense with a miracle play - you're putting them in a decision bind. You'll see versions of this from coaches like Kevin Young, T.J. Otzelberger, Josh Schertz, and even at the NBA level with Mark Daigneault's teams. Different systems, same stress on tag rules. There's also a nice zone application here because the overload naturally puts more pressure on one side of the floor than the zone wants to handle. I broke it all down on film here: -Coach Hack P.S.
