UPAC makes two arrests in alleged fraud involving ex-employee at Lester B. Pearson School Board
In a statement, UPAC says Caroline Mastantuono and Christina Mastantuono are accused of six charges each including fraud and production of false documents.

Caroline Mastantuono was the head of the International Department for the Lester B Pearson school board.  UPAC says they believe she hatched a scheme along with a recruitment company controlled by a third suspect who they are looking for. UPAC says this scheme defrauded the board of money and deceived the ministry of immigration. International Department employee Christina Mastantuono is alleged to have conspired in the plan.

The alleged crimes took place between 2014 and 2016.
Both of the accused were released on a promise to appear in court in January.
 
The board tells CJAD 800 they reported irregularities in the international Program in 2016 to UPAC and the education ministry and they "were rectified."

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail .
