Welcome to BuzzFeed's 7-Day Better Skin Challenge!

Better skin doesn't have to mean spending hundreds of dollars on time-intensive treatments. By making a few small tweaks to your regular skin care routine, you'll start to notice a big difference in your skin. And that's where the BuzzFeed Better Skin Challenge comes in. Each day, you'll receive an email with a new technique that can help your skin reach its full potential, and because your time is important, these tips will take you less than 10 minutes a day. You'll also get suggestions for what to do in the future to keep your skin looking its best. Oh, and here's the best part: These tips will help everyone — regardless of your skin type!

You'll be getting tips and tricks from Dr. Adam Geyer, board certified dermatologist and leading consulting dermatologist for Kiehl's skin care, on how everyone can improve their skin.

In just one week, you'll have the knowledge you need to keep your skin looking amazing all year long. Let's get ready!

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

The supplies you'll need for the challenge are as follows:

1. Disinfecting wipes
2. Gentle face exfoliator
3. Sunscreen
4. Tangle Therapy (optional)
5. Makeup remover wipes
6. Washcloth

And a few reminders:

Every day, make sure you're using a gentle skin cleanser that's formulated for your skin type (oily, normal, dry, acne-prone, etc.). Following your daily cleanser, use a moisturizer.

For specific skin care issues, consult your dermatologist before starting any particular regimen.

You'll receive your first Skin Challenge email tomorrow. Good luck!
