windowed marble bath. | $2,050: Sunny brownstone one-bedroom on a leafy block of Hancock Street (between Marcy and Tompkins Avenues) with great moldings, a decorative fireplace, and a skylight each in the kitchen and subway-tile bathroom. | $2,395*: Brownstone king-size one-bedroom plus a windowed bonus room on Putnam Avenue (just a two-minute walk from Tompkins Avenue), with two decorative fireplaces, a walk-in closet, tons of moldings (crown, ceiling, wainscoting), an updated kitchen, and a 50-foot-deep private backyard garden. | Boerum Hill/Carroll Gardens | $2,500*: One-bedroom in a brick townhouse on Henry Street a bit past Fourth Place, but very spacious (the living room can fit a sectional with lots of room to spare, and the bedroom would fit a king-size bed, dresser, desk, and more) and includes a windowed dining alcove. | $3,000: Brownstone two-bedroom half a block from the Bergen Street F/G trains with an exposed brick wall in each room (the living room is especially lovely brownstone block of West 132nd Street, with three windows each in the living room and bedroom and ample kitchen storage. | $2,195: Townhouse two-bedroom near the 168th Street C train with two decorative fireplaces, restored pocket doors by the kitchen, and a clawfoot tub. | $2,400*: Lovely large two-bedroom just below the long stretch of Open Streets on 34th Avenue, with multiple arched doorways, a breakfast bar (plus space for a dining table), and at least two windows in each of the bedrooms. | $2,400: A 950-square-foot one-bedroom on Cortelyou Road with crown and chair-railing moldings, multiple arched doorways, an especially lovely foyer with tons of built-in bookshelves, plus updates in both the kitchen (including a new fridge, butcher-block countertops, and a farmhouse sink) and the bathroom (lots of subway tile). | $5,595: 1,000-square-foot two-bedroom in a landmarked 1800s building on the corner of West Broadway and Canal Street, with two decorative fireplaces along a massive brick wall, four double closets, a renovated kitchen, and a Bosch washer/dryer. | $2,500: Two-bedroom a block from Prospect Park and the F/G trains, with a separate dining area, 11-foot ceilings, massive exposed beams and columns, a Sub-Zero fridge and six-burner Wolf stove in the open kitchen, a double vanity in one of the two bathrooms, a balcony, and a full wall of mirrors
