View this email online by Suzanne Nuyen First up Evan Vucci/AP Here's what we're following today: The Supreme Court blocked President Biden's vaccine-or-test rule for large businesses, saying that OSHA had exceeded its authority. However, the court upheld a vaccine mandate for health care workers issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Loan servicer Navient will cancel $1.7 billion in student loans as part of a settlement. The company was accused of steering student borrowers into expensive forbearances instead of more flexible, income-driven repayment plans. After days of diplomatic talks and a deadlock on the situation at the Russia-Ukraine border, Secretary of State Antony Blinken says the U.S. is "fully prepared" if Russia invades. Russia currently has 100,000 troops lined up next to Ukraine, with tanks and artillery.  England's Prince Andrew has been stripped of his military affiliations, royal patronages and "His Royal Highness" title after a failed attempt to get his sex abuse lawsuit dismissed. Virginia Giuffre has said Prince Andrew sexually assaulted her when she was a minor.   Newsletter continues after sponsor message Today's listen Photographer/Source Scientists discovered what might be a moon belonging to a far-off planetary system.
