BREAKING: Amber Alert issued for 8-year-old boy in Ontario

Police in Thunder Bay, Ont., have issued an Amber Alert for an eight-year-old boy after he was abducted Tuesday morning. Ontario Provincial Police issued the alert for Emerson Poulin who was allegedly abducted by Christopher Poulin.
