Nobody likes sweaty feet. Not on ourselves, not on our partners, not on anyone close to us, in physical distance and in spirit. But also, shoes that let your feet breathe the most (sandals) don't always hit, either. This summer, we're investing in breathable sneakers that don't turn shoes into a prison, our toe boxes into saunas. |

I'm anti-kitchen-gadget. I toast my bread in a pan on the stovetop. I cook my frozen chicken nuggets in the oven. I use my microwave to store bananas, and if that microwave wasn't built into my tiny kitchen, I wouldn't even have one. In reality you can make everything you need with a stovetop, an oven, and some pots and pans. But I will sacrifice countertop space for my beverages. Having an espresso machine is a must for my husband, who can survive the day only with a few shots at home. For me, though, I have one deal-breaker. I cannot live my life without the Fellow Corvo EKG Electric Kettle. |

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote. "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'" Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail .
