Tom Hughes plays psychiatrist Dr James Ford, who is under investigation as a result of a busy shift involving the sectioning of a psychotic woman and a routine postnatal check-up. Sunday 4 May; ITV. Poker Face Natasha Lyonne and her incredible hair return for a second series of the crime drama that's been described as "Columbo for the Knives Out fans". She plays detective Charlie Cale, who has an ability to see through the lies people tell. She's back on the run after escaping from mob boss Beatrix Hasp (Rhea Perlman) and, as she solves crimes across the country, will be joined by a series of guest stars including Cynthia Erivo, Awkwafina and Melanie Lynskey. Thursday 8 May; Sky and Sky Now. Forever The book that launched a thousand (million?) teenage fantasies finally gets a modern-day Netflix adaptation.
