On my days off you'll find me… having a lie in. Sleep is a massive priority for me – I think it's one of the most underrated forms of recovery – so usually I won't set an alarm on my mornings off and try to catch up on as much sleep as possible.
My go-to breakfast is… poached eggs on sourdough with avocado, feta and pomegranate – you can't beat it!
When I have free time, I like to be… spontaneous. Because my training is so regimented I don't like to be rigid with what I'm doing on a rest day, and I always book whatever I fancy doing on the day last minute.
The biggest fitness lesson I've learned is… that you get out of fitness exactly what you put into it.
For me, relaxation looks like… going out for food with friends, going for an ice and sauna session or having a massage or beauty treatment.
I wish more women knew that… it takes more time than you think to build fitness. A lot of women feel disheartened when they don't see progress within three weeks, but it takes years of being consistent to really build things up. You have to stick with it – especially on the days when you don't want to do it.
