Summer might be the season of sunshine, vacations, and Love Island—but when it comes to sleep, it can be a total buzzkill. Take it from me, a Certified Sweaty Girlie who knows how make-or-break your bedding choices are this time of year. The last thing I want is to feel hot, sticky, and uncomfortable during precious REM time! So if you are a fellow sweaty sleeper, naturally run hot, or just craving a bed reset, I'm here to help you sleep cooler and better. The secret sauce? Breathable, lightweight fabrics. Linen, bamboo, and cotton are the golden tickets thanks to their ability to regulate temperature, wick away moisture, and allow for circulation. Bonus points if it has a percale weave because that makes it extra crisp and cooling! Personally, I love linen for how soft it feels against my skin without making me overheat. Even when it's warm out, I still want to feel cozy and snuggly—just not like a melted ice cream cone.
