Glas Italia is partner of ‘Casa Italia – Milano Cortina 2026’

The Glas Italia products at the Casa Italia venues at Triennale Milano and Farsettiarte Gallery in Cortina d'Ampezzo.

 

On the occasion of the XXV Winter Olympic Games Milano - Cortina 2026, Casa Italia confirms to be a symbol of the Italian excellence, a meeting place for sport, culture and vision.
Located in three key venues – Triennale di Milano, the Aquagranda Livigno Olympic Training Centre and Farsettiarte in Cortina d'Ampezzo – Casa Italia will welcome athletes, partners and an international audience, telling the world the values of our country.
For this Olympic event, CONI has chosen “Musa” as its theme, paying homage to Italy's central role as a source of inspiration, creativity and beauty, capable of connecting tradition and future.

After the 2018 Winter Olympic Games in Pyeongchang, the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo and the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, Glas Italia once again has been invited to participate to the Casa Italia project and contribute to the furnishing of the two sites in Milan and Cortina.

The interior design project for Casa Italia develops the theme of “Musa”, interpreting it through the mountain landscape, ultimate symbol of winter sports, and showcasing an emotional and scenic journey, where nature, art, architecture and design meet and dialogue together.

SHIMMER, HUB, LIQUEFY and FOUNTAIN – some of the most iconic and representative glass tables in the Glas Italia collection – furnish the dining rooms and common recreational areas, along with art works by renowned contemporary artists, in special set-ups recalling the aesthetics of nature and the sport dimension of the mountains.

Kid draws a hilarious family portrait, featuring his mother on her period

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote.  "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'"  Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail . Jolly guy's laugh is so contagious that even chickens had to join in

Imagine having a laugh so infectious, even animals join in on the fun.  Taken at what looks to be a kind of farming expo, this interviewee's laugh is so contagious, it managed to get the chickens going. Per Australia's Nine.com.au , the segment is from RTV Noord's Expeditie Grunnen. Mid-interview, the pair begin to laugh and everything just escalates from there.
