Central Florida

Wellness Walk at Orlando Wetlands

📅 Date: Friday, January 23

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM - 11:30 AM

📍 Location: Orlando Wetlands, Christmas

Join Conservation Florida for an uplifting Wellness Walk, proudly sponsored by Orlando Health. Start 2026 right with a morning outdoors that will leave you refreshed, inspired, and with more knowledge on wild Florida! During the walk, our guides will highlight the importance of incorporating healthy habits into everyday life through time spent outdoors, all while introducing you to Orlando Wetlands!

As we walk, Kelly Matthew, the Orlando Health Manager of Corporate Wellness, will provide insights on incorporating healthy practices into our daily lives. We will explore mindfulness techniques by slowing down and engaging all our senses. What do we see, smell, and hear out on our walk when we actually take a moment to pause?

We hope this event will create a lasting impact on your wellbeing and inspire your curiosity and love for Florida.
