We don't normally subscribe to the whole 'new year, new me' mantra here at Stylist, but this year, we're making an exception.
The wellness industry is booming, and a growing number of us are paying attention to our wellbeing in a bid to boost our energy levels, improve our gut microbiome and futureproof our health. But all this excitement comes with a lot of noise, and finding your way through the chaos can be overwhelming. Add in the fact that women's health remains under-researched and underfunded, and it can make finding accurate, trustworthy health and wellness content feel like searching for a needle in a haystack.
That's why, in 2026, we've decided to build on everything we've achieved with Strong Women by launching Well by Stylist – our new home of expert-led advice to help all women live well. Whether you're looking for tips on how to improve your sleep, want to learn more about bone health or need the latest nutrition advice, Well by Stylist is the destination for trusted, evidence-based information on all things wellness. Through expert-led features, interviews and reviews across the Stylist website, our newsletter, dedicated issues and our re-launched Instagram account, we will cut through the deafening noise that often surrounds women's health and give you the tools you need to thrive – regardless of your age, ability or time constraints.
We'll still be writing all about fitness – including strength training – but we'll be making space for all those other areas that feed into our wellbeing: hormones, hydration, sex, mood, social connection, gut health and more. The Strong Women Trek will also be going ahead as normal, so keep your eyes peeled for more information soon.
