We're back at it!
Shoveling out from another 32 inches of snow here at our Massachusetts nursery!
If you have a recent or upcoming order with us, please know this storm may cause some delays in getting your trees to you.
A significant winter weather event has hit the area where our nursery and shipping facility are located, and we're working through it as safely and quickly as we can.
Our team is doing everything possible to protect our inventory and keep our staff saf, but as with any major storm, our normal shipping operations are temporarily disrupted.
What this means for you:
If you have a pending order: There may be delays in processing and shipping your order. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible once conditions improve and it is safe to do so.
If you are expecting a delivery: Shipments that are already in transit may be delayed due to road closures, hazardous conditions, and safety measures implemented by shipping carriers.
For future orders: Please anticipate possible delays in order processing and shipping times over the next several days, depending on the severity and duration of the winter weather.
Important note about plant safety: We are also monitoring temperatures closely to ensure your bonsai trees are shipped only when conditions are safe for live plants. We will not ship during periods of extreme cold that could damage your trees in transit.
