Dear Stylist reader,
Before we go any further, we want to acknowledge that this email discusses pregnancy, pregnancy loss, and baby loss. These are deeply personal and sometimes painful experiences, and we completely understand if you'd prefer not to continue reading.
If you feel comfortable, we are inviting you to take part in an important research study we are conducting in partnership with Tommy's, the pregnancy and baby loss charity. The survey is for people whose own experience, or their partner's experience, falls into either of the following groups:
1: People who have experienced pregnancy, pregnancy loss or baby loss while in employment in the last five years
You or your partner experienced pregnancy, pregnancy loss, or baby loss while in employment. We want to understand how you felt supported (or not) at work during this time, including communication, flexibility, and emotional or practical support.
2: People who have returned to work within the last five years after having a child
You or your partner has returned to work within the last five years after having a child. Returning to work can involve significant emotional and practical adjustments, and your insight will help us understand what support made a difference and where workplaces could improve.
If either one of these experiences applies to you, your perspective will play a vital role in shaping practical recommendations to help workplaces become more compassionate, informed, and supportive. You will only be asked questions relevant to your experience.
We recognise how sensitive these topics can be. Taking part is entirely voluntary, and you can stop the survey at any point. All responses will be treated with care and kept confidential.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete. If you would like to take part, please use the link below:
