I recently discovered there are positives to be found in the immense pain of moving house. The first is that friends and family will cook you multiple dinners out of pity. The second is that it forces even the biggest fashion hoarders (me) to finally clear out their cupboards. With a closet cleanse comes clarity – mostly, pertaining to what I don't need more of (button-down shirts) and, more importantly, what I do: cute tops, jackets and transeasonal footwear.
After being heavily influenced by my TikTok algorithm, I'm waiting on this fringed leather top to come back in stock. I'm also loving the simple elegance of the draping detail on this cream tank. And, despite what I just said about shirts, I can't stop thinking about this fun take on the classic style from Sandro after seeing it on a friend recently.
Months of watching our northern hemisphere counterparts sporting the funnel neck jacket trend has had me counting down the days until autumn. Top of my wish-list is this sports-luxe look from Ena Pelly as well as this leather style from Henne. In anticipation of the weather cooling, I'm readying my footwear collection with a new pair of penny loafers – because they never go out of style – and a much-needed boot update with this flat knee-high pair currently on sale from Paris Texas.
