| Hi again, friends! With Easter around the corner, my mind is on one thing: spring. The pollen is doing its thing (I swear it gets worse every year), the birds are singing, and my garden is finally showing signs of life. There's just something about this time of year that brings a little extra cheer to everything. As spring bursts to life, you'll find me perched outside with a crisp glass of wine in hand, soaking up nature's medicine (hello, vitamin D). But before I fully unplug into sunshine and fresh air, I'm in the middle of a little seasonal refresh. Here's what I've been loving lately and adding to my cart. xo, Catherine |

TABLESCAPING As we all know, I can't say no to a great plate—especially a timeless classic (and at only $40 each? Even better!). Hand-painted in the prettiest shade of green, these will be in my mix for years to come. And if I were hosting Easter, I'd pair them with this effortless Italian-inspired tablecloth that's thoughtful but never overthought. |

| PUCKER UP We all know and love the coveted Revision Skincare Lip Replenisher, but boy, did Fairy Godmother outdo herself with the new edition. Cinderella is ready for the ball! It adjusts to the most perfect pink hue for your lips and somehow makes you look more put together in seconds. I have one in every bag. Go ahead and order two—you'll thank me later. |

IN FULL BLOOM When winter lingers a little too long, flower shopping transports me to the warmer days ahead. Planning what will bloom months from now feels like I'm taking crayons to construction paper (in the very best way). I've ordered a variety of peony roots and dahlia tubers and am already dreaming about the color story to come. |

NEW UNIFORM LOADING... Maybe it's the deviled eggs at Easter lunch, or the sun finally stretching after her winter nap, but nothing says spring like yellow. These butter-colored denim pants are already en route, and I fully intend to be an outfit repeater. I'll be pairing them with this striped button-down and these nude sandals all season long. |

| CHECK MATE I'm not much of a purse girl, so when I love one, it's a big deal. An older version of this woven catchall has covered me from date nights to design markets without missing a beat. So when I saw the new check pattern, I knew I had to have it. It's playful for summer, but the tones carry her straight into fall. |

EXTENDED PLAY And to keep the spring vibes springing, I'm shuffling my summertime faves with a few fresh adds… |

Periods are normal, but kids pointing them out in their sketches is something else. Australian woman Penny Rohleder shared a photo of her son's drawing on the Facebook page of blogger Constance Hall on Jul. 25, which well, says it all. SEE ALSO: James Corden tests out gymnastics class for his son and is instantly showed up by children "I don't know whether to be proud or embarrassed that my 5 year old son knows this," Rohleder wrote. "Julian drew a family portrait. I said 'What's that red bit on me?' And he replied, real casual, 'That's your period.'" Well, at least he knows. To give further context, Rohleder revealed she had pulmonary embolism in October 2016, and was put on blood thinning treatment which makes her periods "very, very bad," she explained to the Daily Mail . Imagine having a laugh so infectious, even animals join in on the fun. Taken at what looks to be a kind of farming expo, this interviewee's laugh is so contagious, it managed to get the chickens going. Per Australia's Nine.com.au , the segment is from RTV Noord's Expeditie Grunnen. Mid-interview, the pair begin to laugh and everything just escalates from there.
